With ScreenshotX Pro, one click uploads a screenshot or recording to your private cloud and copies a share link. Viewers need no account, you see view counts, and links can be password protected, restricted to your team or set to expire.
How sharing works
Captures upload straight from your Mac to private object storage. The share page shows the image or video with a download button and optional comments.
Control who sees it
Choose anyone with the link, your team only, or private. Add a password or an expiry date. Disable comments, or allow only signed-in viewers to comment.
Know when it is opened
ScreenshotX counts distinct viewers and can notify you the first time someone opens a link.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Pro to share links?
Yes. Cloud storage and share links are part of Pro at $84 a year. Basic is the local app only.
Can I delete a shared file?
Yes. Delete it from the dashboard or the app and it is removed from storage; the link stops working.
